Cancellations
 
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to cancel your order if you notify us in writing, within 7 working days of placing the order. We will refund the cost of the order and the original delivery charge. If the goods have already been dispatched, you must return them to us at your own cost. We will be unable to process a refund until we have received the returned parcel. All products must be returned un-worn and in their original packaging. We recommend you get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your post office which will cover you. Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it. Returns
 

We take great pride in the quality of our products and we try really hard to please our customers at all times. We are happy to refund or exchange any unused items returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to HarryB. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund due to you. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.
 Our refund will be processed within 5-7 days from the date the goods are received into our warehouse, via Paypal.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until we have received them in our warehouse, so we recommend you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. So please ensure returns are packaged properly to avoid any damage during their journey back to the warehouse.

 

Please note that our products are individually embroidered and therefore no two items will be identical. Every care has been taken to ensure that description, colour and specification are representative of the product but individual variations may occur which users of this site must be aware of and accept. We reserve the right to make changes to designs.
